Articles of Organization          

      

  1. The purpose, goals and objectives of "All Wildlife Rescue and Education, Inc" are:

    1. To rescue, provided medical treatments, rehabilitate, and release back into the wild, injured wildlife of all types.

    2. To supply the community with an accessible wildlife rehab. facility that offers all services free.

    3. Provide the community with a wildlife education program for pre-kindergarten and kindergarten aged children that charges nominal fees.

  2. "All Wildlife Rescue and Education, Inc." serves the communities of Southern California, focusing on Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

  3. The Board of Directors meet bi-weekly

  4. The Board of Directors consist of the following:

    1. Chief Executive Officer
    2. Executive Chief of Communications
    3. Executive Director
    4. Director of Veterinary Medicine & Research
    5. Executive Director of Prohibited Species

    (listed in descending order of authority)

  5. The term limits for the Board of Directors shall be set at 5 years

  6. The Board of Directors shall operate on a "majority rules" code.

  7. The officer's duties are as follows:

    1. Chief Executive Officer
      1. Seek and apply for grants.
      2. Community communications and public relations.
      3. Set-up and organize education programs.
      4. Approves purchase of supplies, equipment, etc.......
      5. Assists in program presentations.

    2. Executive Director
      1. Rescue, medical treatments, rehabilitation and release of wildlife.
      2. Placement of non-releaseables.
      3. Accounting of supplies and materials used.
      4. Assists in education program presentations.
      5. Other assigned duties.

    3. Director of Veterinary Medicine & Research
      1. Assist in rescue, medical treatments, rehabilitation and release of wildlife.
      2. Placement of non-releaseables.
      3. Accounting of supplies and materials used.
      4. Assists in education program presentations
      5. Other assigned duties.

    4. Executive Chief of Communications
      1. Seek and apply for grants.
      2. Community communications and public relations.
      3. Approves purchase of supplies, equipment, etc.....
      4. Assists in education program presentations
      5. Other assigned duties as assigned

    5.  Executive Director of Prohibited Species
      1. Medical treatments, rehabilitation and release of wildlife.
      2. Placement of non-releaseables.
      3. Accounting of supplies and materials used.
      4. Assists in education program presentations.
      5. Other assigned duties.
